Hello! I'm Karol,

I am product designer based in Cracow. I create clear solutions for complex issues. My background is industrial design at the  Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow  and I developed my professional skills in new technology industry. I use UX, UI, research, prototyping, management and empathy skills to solve users problems and achive bussiness goals.

Before I launched my career in new technology industry, in 2019 I was an owner of  wooden toys manufacture, where I developed my students project. 

In 2017 I worked as a visual designer in cracow cosmetics start up where I was responsible for visual design of product and digital communication. 

In my spare time  I love motorcycle touring, cycling and DIY.

Sinterit / Product Design Leader

2022- currently

  • Leading a design team responsible for developing key brand products in both industrial and software domains.
  • Deploying new product to the market.
  • Merging business and users goals.
  • Intruducing and mentoring new team members.
  • Expanding the knowledge and skills of the team (organazing courses, creating internal design newsletter)

2019 – 2022
  • Designed an application for controlling a 3D printer (UX/UI).
  • Designed two SLS 3D printers (Industrial Design).
  • Coworked with business partners.
  • Managed full design process, including gathering and incorporating business and user requirements, ideation, research, workshops, design, hand-off, testing and evaluation.
 

 

HOCKI / Founder, Product Designer. 

2018 – 2019

I started my own wooden toys manufacture which was a contynuation of a student project. I designed the toys, invented and estabilished production process, distribution and marketing.

2019

I designed and prototyped wooden accesories. I coworked with marketing team on preparing product strategy and visual comunication.

 

BodyBoom / Grahic Designer 

5.2017 –  10.2017

I was a graphic designer in marketing departament. I designed product labels, social media content, POS. I participated in the process of launching a new product.
